Management Team

Dr. John Robinson, Founder

Since 2006, Dr. Robinson has dedicated himself to helping patients achieve healthy aging as the Owner and Chief Medical Officer of The Hormone Zone, specializing in age management, functional endocrinology, and regenerative medicine. With nearly 30 years of experience in wellness, he has expertise in Advanced Massage Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and holds a Naturopathic Medical degree. Along with his wife, a partner at The Hormone Zone, he has been featured in major media and authored several books. Dr. Robinson brings his extensive knowledge and vision to Relicus, aiming to unlock its potential in the wellness medicine industry

Jennifer Rubottom, VP of Operations​

Ms. Rubottom has 10+ years of experience in managing all aspects of men’s wellness centers in the Midwest region. Ms. Rubottom joined Relicus in January 2022 and is integral in executing operational excellence from onboarding new acquisitions to ensuring accountability for company operations.

Arden Robinson, Senior Practice Manager, Arizona

Arden brings extensive knowledge in customer experience and sales and a passionate commitment towards employee and patient satisfaction. She firmly believes in developing her own leadership skills while centering on performance and leadership for those on her Team. Arden has advanced sales training from Sandler Training in Arizona and is currently fulfilling additional leadership training with “The Extreme Ownership Academy” by Jocko Wilnick.

Denise Hoang, Senior Practice Manager, West​

Denise is a dedicated Senior Practice Manager passionate about advancing aesthetic medicine and fostering the symbiotic growth of businesses and client satisfaction. With a decade of experience in the field, she excels in business management, team leadership, sales, and driving innovation to optimize patient care and provider experience.

Dr. Robinson provides steadfast leadership over the entire enterprise, with a distinct focus on medical innovation and quality control.
